1. Who we are

Nanhi Pathshala is operated by Gourav Chauhan, India ("we", "us"). By buying or downloading from this website you agree to these terms.

2. What you buy

You buy a personal, non-transferable licence to download and print the PDF worksheets for use at home with the children in your family. You may print any page as many times as you need.

3. What you may not do

• Share, forward, upload or resell the PDF files or the download links.
• Use the worksheets in a school, tuition centre, play school or business without a separate licence (write to us for pricing).
• Remove the Nanhi Pathshala footer, or present the pages as your own.

4. Ownership

All worksheets, drawings and text are original work owned by Gourav Chauhan. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card or UPI details.

6. Delivery, refunds

See the Digital Delivery Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

7. No guarantee of results

The worksheets are learning aids. Progress depends on the child and on regular practice. We make no claims about specific learning or handwriting results.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Karnal, Haryana, India.
