Refund and Cancellation Policy

Nanhi Pathshala sells digital products (PDF files) that are delivered instantly. Because the files cannot be returned once downloaded, our policy is as follows.

When we refund

• File problems: if a PDF does not open or is incomplete and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report, we refund the full amount.
• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same product, we refund the duplicate within 7 working days.
• Payment taken but files not delivered: if you paid and received neither the on-screen links nor the email within 24 hours, write to us; we resend the files or refund.

When we cannot refund

• After the files have been downloaded and open correctly, because a digital product cannot be returned.
• If the product was bought by mistake for an age group it does not cover; the age range (3 to 8) and page previews are shown before purchase.

How to ask

Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] within 7 days of purchase with your Razorpay payment id and a short description. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. Each purchase is a one-time payment.
